I offer a safe space for Healing, whatever is required to restore inner harmony and balance, through Energy Healing, Intuitive Counselling and/or Vibrational medicine (Tuning forks) I often see people for general energy top ups/Tune ups, extra support during stress/change/transition as well as those seeking to be in alignment with their purpose and highest version of themselves. Clients come to my Healing room in Hastings or via distance sessions (eg zoom)
I am personally supported by my Kriya Yoga Meditation practise and love for Kirtan.
I bring in my kete ….a background in Early Childhood Education (Steiner) as well as being a parent and grandparent which informs my work with parents and children.
