My training is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.
Somatic Dance and conscious dance spaces are spaces for all to come and be who they are, to move how they want.
I believe that everyone deserves to experience somatic dance and movement, and everyone deserves trauma informed healing spaces.
My services are available online and in person –
Alchemy Movement Sessions
Including Somatic Dance guidance and embodiment.
Packages available as are one off sessions.
Distance and in-person Reiki included as well as creative writing prompts.
Qualifications
Certificate in Creative Writing, BA in Psychology, Grad Dip in Guidance and Counseling, Level 1 and Level 2 Certification for Somatic Dance and DJ Facilitation
