I’m changing the name of my business to Aroha Healing shortly.
My tools include; acutherapy (needles, acupressure), meridian therapy, specialised body work, cupping, moxibustion.
My focus is to clear blockages in the meridians (energy pathways) so that blood, qi, lymph can flow as it should. This helps the body/mind come back to homeostasis or balance, and activates the body’s own innate healing capabilities. Our bodies can heal themselves after all … we just need to move what is in the way of natural healing.
