Baymidwives

Hi, my name is Yoka Johanna Knox. I have been a midwife since 2003 and love my job. I cannot imagine doing anything else. It’s such a privilege working with women and their families at such a wonderful time of their life.

I love supporting women through normal labour and birth. I’m involved during pregnancy, labour and birth and up to 4-6 weeks after birth. I take time off as needed to spend with my own family and to refuel. I work with a wonderful team of 5 midwives and we all support one another. These midwives are Bec, Julie, Karen and Judy.

I look forward to meeting you and travelling with you during this special time of your life.
