Summary of services
Through my own healing journey I overcame chronic insomnia and anxiety and specialize in addressing these. However, this work can address any issues with an emotional component including physical issue’s and illnesses. When we release the emotional load we carry, our own innate wisdom and healing abilities come back online. You will also learn simple, effective self-help tools for creating emotional health which of course links to your whole health.
